Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled or changed within 48 hours. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 48 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

• full refund if you don’t receive your order;
• full or partial refund if the item is not as described or damaged;

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

• your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address);
• your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (delayed by a natural disaster).
• You change your mind after delviery arranged, or completed.
• Product is not suitable (too big or too small for the space available in your home). Please be sure to measuer the space you have prior to placing your order.

You can submit refund requests within:

• 2 business days after the order is delivered.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days.
